The 2023 Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival is slated for March 31-April 2 at the former Pavilion site on the downtown Boardwalk. A fan favorite event, the Food Truck Festival draws foodies from around the area to sample some of the best food and brews on the Grand Strand.
