We had an amazing time. We have stayed here both ocean-view and oceanfront. The OCEANFRONT unit was definitely worth the little extra money. The resort was perfectly located close to everything. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms were large and had a full size kitchen. Parking is right in the building. We will definitely come back.
I have been coming to Monterey Bay for many years now. What keeps me coming back is the customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel. There is a huge breakfast every morning. There are indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tubs and a lazy river. The rooms are plenty big enough for the entire family and the kitchen has a full size refrigerator and range. I love it here!
Just visited Monterey Bay this weekend with my fiance, for our first ever visit. The staff were all so courteous and helpful, from the front desk, to the cheerful woman serving breakfast, to the housekeeping staff. The lazy river was down for repair, but the 10th floor pool was open and heated, as well a the hot tub! It's nice to see them updating and renovating, shows they care about their property. You can tell they've recently updated the rooms as well. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the ocean
This was my first time and certainly will not be my last. The room is very spacious and clean. The view of the ocean was simply awesome. The room had apparently been updated with new ceramic floors throughout and new furniture. And a bonus they include a great breakfast every single morning in a dining facility that gives a great view of the ocean.
