St. Patrick’s Day at the Beach
St. Patrick’s Day in Myrtle Beach is always a big deal; with lots of events to choose from, you are bound to have a memorable time. Whether you want to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day downtown, at Market Common, or Broadway at the Beach, there is an event that you will enjoy.
Enjoy oceanfront fun in downtown Myrtle Beach at the St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. From noon-midnight on Saturday March 15th, listen to free live concerts while enjoying authentic Irish food and drinks. If you want to bring the kid’s along, there will be an alcohol-free kid’s zone with inflatables and games so they can join in on the fun.
At Broadway at the Beach, you can kick off your St. Patrick’s Day festivities with the Kilt Run 5K sponsored by the Tilted Kilt on March 15th. Following the race, join the Tilted Kilt for the biggest party in Myrtle Beach with green beer and live music all day long. Tilted Kilt isn’t the only ones hosting St. Patrick’s Day events at Broadway at the Beach; Liberty Steakhouse & Brewery is having Irish Stout Brew & Irish food specials both the 14th and 15th. On Saturday, they will be hosting live music by Tru Sol from 6-9pm. Head over to Celebrity Square beginning at noon as they are hosting a DJ in the square followed by live music later that night. Wet Willie’s and Origlinal Shucker’s Raw Bar will also be hosting live music Saturday March 15th.
Spend the day at the Market Common as they are hosting the 5th Annual Irish Fest from 11am-7pm on March 15th. They will be serving a variety of Irish Beers, from stouts to IPAs along with authentic Irish food. There will be live entertainment, as well as activities for kids; they will enjoy the face painting and inflatables. All of the Market Common restaurants will be open as well, hosting some St. Patrick’s Day specials of their own.
